EHS Principal Search Update
On Tuesday evening this week, the Personnel, Policy, and Communications Committee of the Exeter Region Cooperative School Board met in non-public session and decided to suspend the current search for a new EHS Principal. Therefore, an Interim Principal will be appointed for 2017-2018.
This decision was largely based on the Committee's goal to present two or more finalists to the public and, regrettably, that goal was not attained.
A new EHS Principal Search process will begin in the late fall of 2017.
New Exeter High School Assistant Principal Selected
Ms. Catherine (Cathy) Clermont, currently the Interim Assistant Principal at Exeter High School (EHS), has been selected as the new Assistant Principal at EHS. Prior to assuming her current role, Ms. Clermont served as a Health/Physical Education Teacher at the Cooperative Middle School (CMS) for seven years before becoming the school's LEA administrator in July 2015. Prior to coming to SAU16, she worked at Lin-Wood Public School in Lincoln (2003-2008) and Profile High School in Bethlehem (1997-2003). She has distinguished herself as the Class S Athletic Director of the Year for 2007-2008 and the NH Teacher of the Year for Adaptive Physical Education in 2014-2015.
Ms. Clermont is replacing Mr. John LeSage who is retiring after serving 35 years in the Exeter Region Cooperative School District.

Just The One Time Documentary
This film was created as an educational tool around several lessons to be learned from our son Adam's death. We hope you will refer to the "lesson plan" included in the comments for points of discussion and education with others. Our only goal in making this film is to educate others on the many facets of opioid abuse that we did not realize ourselves, and to hopefully save lives.

Adam Moser died in September of 2015 of a Fentanyl overdose. The aftermath of what it has done to his family, friends, and the community as a whole, makes everyone ask if there was something that could have been, and is there something we can do to prevent the next case in this national crisis.
