Notes on using QSP for SAU 16:

You must use Internet Explorer browser for QSP to work properly (not Firefox or Netscape or Mozilla)

Contact Lee-Ann Cammett for login id and password

To access Help, login to QSP (link above) and click on Help at top right of QSP screen. Then from the Help text screen, click on Show link at top left.

• click on Systems Training in top bar to view guided tutorials - many have video explanations within the text

QSP Database Update Timeline

October 20th	Students loaded to schools with demographic data (state data is due Oct. 15 so dovetails - additional demographic data must be keyed into PowerSchool by Oct. 15th for this QSP update)
December 1st	NWEA Fall (if the school tested any students)
February 15th	add new students and update demographic data NECAP scores
June 15th	add new students and update demographic data NWEA Winter (if any) and Spring
August 1st	Gates scores Attendance Grades Discipline SATs, PSATs, SSATs, APs Activities (state data is due July 15th so dovetails - all test data and activities must be loaded into PowerSchool by July 15th for QSP update)
