Dear Parents,
This letter is a reminder to parents of current sixth graders that before entering the seventh grade, your child will require his/her second MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) immunization. Students will not be allowed to enter the seventh grade without documentation of MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella).
The New Hampshire Immunization law (HE-P301.13) requires that all students receive a second dose of measles vaccine or have a titre drawn at their physician’s office to show proof of measles immunity prior to entering the 7th grade.
Your child may have already received his/her second MMR immunization. If you child has had this immunization, please have you physician send or fax a copy to 603 775-0151.
Please provide this documentation to the health office prior to your child entering the seventh grade.
