DIRECTIONS TO SAU 16 OFFICES
(located at the Tuck Learning Campus)

From 101 (Manchester, Concord, etc)

• Route 101 East to EXIT 9 / Exeter onto Route 27 (Main Street)
• Stay on Route 27 about 1½ to 2 miles and after you cross the railroad tracks, take a right onto Lincoln Street and follow to the end (St. Michael’s church will be on your left hand corner)
• Take a left onto Front Street then take an immediate right onto Linden Street
• About a block down on the left is the entrance to the Tuck Learning Campus – do not turn in to park behind the building, but continue straight and park on the right hand side of the street as the main entrance to the SAU Offices is in the middle of the building (you can also turn around and park on the same side of the street as the Tuck Learning Campus)

Route 108 (from Dover, Durham, Newmarket)

• Follow Route 108 West towards Newmarket
• Stay west all the way through Newmarket and follow signs to Stratham/Exeter
• You will go past Great Bay Athletic Club (left), through the light that intersects with 85; past Squamscott Road (on your left) until you come to the rotary for Route 33/108.
• At the rotary stay to your right heading towards Exeter (this is now Route 33 or Portsmouth Avenue)
• Then follow the directions below *From Portsmouth Avenue/Route 33…

*From Portsmouth Avenue / Route 33 /
Route 108

• Follow Portsmouth Avenue/Route 33 South (from Greenland/Stratham/Exeter) - past Market Basket on right; Dunkin Donuts; under 101 overpass; past McDonald’s, past Friendly’s, Mobil station, and Walgreens until you come to a light (High Street) where you either have to take a left or a right
• Make a right onto High Street •
• Cross the bridge into downtown Exeter
• Stay straight until you see a Gazebo/Bandstand on your left
• Take a left immediately after the Gazebo/Bandstand – this is Front Street
• Follow Front Street through the Phillips Exeter Academy Campus (watch crosswalks!)
• Continue on Front Street until you see the Exeter Inn on your left, bear left (inverted V – not right) onto Linden Street (do not make immediate left turn onto Pine Street)
• About a block down on the left is the entrance to the Tuck Learning Campus – do not turn in to park behind the building, but continue straight and park on the right hand side of the street as the main entrance to the SAU Offices is in the middle of the building (you can also turn around and park on the same side of the street as the Tuck Learning Campus)

I-95 North or South

• Take Exeter/Hampton Exit from I-95
• After toll booth, take right onto 101 West
• Get off at the first exit – Route 27/111
• At end of exit take left
• Go .6 mile (will go under overpass) to stop sign (High Street/Route 27)
• Take right at stop sign - you will be on High Street
• Stay on High Street about 2-2.5 miles (past Churchill’s Garden Center, Holland Way on right, through residential section) and you will come to the first light (Gerry’s Variety will be on your left) at the intersection of High Street/Portsmouth Avenue/Route 108, continue straight through downtown Exeter
• Cross the bridge into downtown Exeter
• Stay straight until you see a Gazebo/Bandstand on your left
• Take a left after the Gazebo/Bandstand – this is Front Street
• Follow Front Street through the Phillips Exeter Campus (watch crosswalks!)
