1. CMS Concert March 20.
Wind Ensemble and Chamber Choir Concert. We'll sell soda and several parents have volunteered to donate baked goods.
2. Little Caesar's Pizza Kit Sales
Many order forms were returned. They'll have to be verified and tallied before March 31 when order must be called in. Checks must be deposited and cleared and a cashier's check is needed for delivery April 4. Delivery time was discussed and suggested we request the truck to deliver between noon and 1 pm to the CMS Music Room. People were lined up to organize the delivery and cover from noon to 6:30 pm. Wed. April 2 we'll try to call all people to remind them to pickup pizza kits.
3. Sam's Club Event
Saturday May 3rd from 10-5ish. Phil Dean organizing with Sam's. Need following items that day:
small papers for kids to pass out when people walk into Sam's
coolers - 4 or 5 - ice??
utensils
cashbox & change
sign / banner
signs with prices
chopped onions
Signups needed for shifts 10-12:30, 12:00 - 2:30 and 2:00 to 5:00. At least 4 adults needed for each shift. Students needed to attract attention (they're usually good at this), pass out papers, and play music.
4. Musical Chairs Event at End of Year
Thursday June 12. Helen will contact Roxanne Papp for information on her experiences. Lago's can sell us ice-cream.
