Use school field - set up chairs in a huge circle
School band sits and plays in the middle of the circle with the director
Announcer with microphone explains the rules - need a sound system
Band has pre-rehearsed certain measures where they may need to stop in accordance with director's instructions.
Volunteers needed around circle to be sure of no holding, pushing, etc.
When music stops, as many as five chairs can be pulled (depending on # of tickets sold - make sure to eliminate more than one or two or we'll be there all night!
Last 3 or 4 people receive prizes.
Winners are announced and presented on the field.

6. Volunteers for this summer's music camp
Camp runs Monday through Friday, August 18 - 22 from 8 am - 12 pm each day
need 1-2 adults to supervise the snack time and to obtain snacks each day
7. Fundraising dates for next year - Make an event calendar for next year ahead of time:

Little Caesar's Pizza - Delivery January 23rd - Forms go out week of Jan. 5th to be collect by the 12th.
