First-year Exeter High School guidance counselor, Kristie Torbick, was arrested today by the Exeter Police Department and charged with one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault.
When first advised of this matter, Superintendent Michael A. Morgan placed Ms. Torbick on paid administrative leave as of Thursday, January 26, 2017.
Mr. Morgan stated that "since this is a personnel matter, I am not going to comment on the particulars of this case, including the allegations and charges. The District will continue to cooperate with the Exeter Police Department. As always, the safety, well-being, and security of all of our students remain our highest priority."
