Jr. Prom is planned for May 17, 2008
The Junior Prom Committee, composed of parents and students, began meeting in October. We welcome you and your student to join us in this endeavor. Upcoming meeting dates are Wednesday, February 13 and March 12 at 6:30 pm in the Roy Morrisette Room at EHS. The Decorating Subcommittee will meet on Tuesday, January 22 at 6:30 pm in the EHS Cafeteria.
To create an Arabian theme we need materials and props to transform the cafeteria and foyer into Arabian ambience. So far the Decorating Committee has come up with a wish list of items they would like to borrow for the evening:
We would also appreciate any contacts you may have that can help the Junior Prom Committee obtain thematic items, (including those listed in the ‘wish list’); materials to construct the setting, (such as fabric, cardboard, wood, etc.) and donations (money, gift cards, foods, beverages). Throughout the evening the students will enjoy raffles (gifts and gift cards), exquisite thematic foods, music and much more. If you have a business or know a business owner we may contact to help out with needed items, please let us know as soon as possible.
