Dear Parents of Juniors, As of May 6, 2004 plans for “An evening on the Town in New York, New York” are proceeding nicely, however, we are still in need of manpower and donated/borrowed supplies! The various student/parent committees have been working hard to create a very special night for all! We need your help!

Volunteer Opportunities

Set up

·         Thursday May 20           6 PM – 9 PM, we raise the ceiling, literally

·         Friday       May 21            8 am – 9 PM decorating the gym, halls and atrium

·         Saturday May 22           8 am – finish sometime in afternoon

Volunteers should bring scissors, hot glue guns, glue sticks, duct tape and measuring tools with them!

Decorating Supplies Needed to Lend or Donate

         Clear mini-string lights

         Clear rope & swag lights

         Garden spot lights

         4 – 6’ wooden flag poles

         1 small, round wrought iron café/ bistro table

         LOTS OF EXTENSION CORDS & DUCT TAPE!!!!!!!!!!!

· Saturday May 22 11 – 12:30 PM begin cleanup

The Prom Committee will meet the following Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM at the Science Lecture Hall May 13. All parents are welcome to attend.
