Too infrequently do we hear the good things that young adults accomplish so I’d like to take this opportunity to write about the student members of the Exeter High School Class of 2005 Junior Prom Committee. It’s been my pleasure to work with these 40 or so students since October of 2003 planning and designing their special night. At each monthly and extra “working” meeting, they brought along an unending supply of creativity and enthusiasm. I feel privileged to have been a part of such a highly motivated and energetic group of young adults. They displayed a true team spirit from the inception to the culmination of the project and demonstrated cooperation and mutual respect for themselves and other adult members of the group. They are all highly valuable members of society with lots of “good stuff” to offer. Way to go! Your smiles, cheery selves, and hard work are all very much appreciated!
