Meeting Minutes of December 17, 2007

 

Present:            A. Chesno, School Board Chair

                        V. Knutson, School Board Vice-Chair

                        T. Hannan, School Board Member

                        G. Whitmarch, School Board Member

                        E. Faria, School Board Member

                        J. Frew, Assistant Superintendent

                        N. Lunney, CFO

 

1.         CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

            Meeting called to order at 6:10 PM by A. Chesno.

 

2.         NON-PUBLIC SESSION

MOTION by V. Knutson, seconded by T. Hannan with all in favor to move to Non-Public Session at 6:10 PM.

 

G. Whitmarsh arrived at 6:18 PM.

N. Lunney arrived at 6:21 PM.

N. Lunney left at 6:25 PM.

E. Faria arrived at 6:29 PM.

 

MOTION by T. Hannan, seconded by E. Faria with all in favor to move out of Non-Public Session at 7:19 PM.

 

MOTION by T. Hannan to ratify the contract with the Brentwood Teachers Association for 2008 - 2011.  Seconded by E. Faria with all in favor.

 

3.         ADJOURNMENT

MOTION by T. Hannan, seconded by G. Whitmarsh with all in favor to adjourn at 7:21 PM.
