1) top of high school principal’s pay scale as defined by the board/administrator’s contract ($94,516); and
2) Payout of single subscriber health insurance ($5,800).
5. Decision made in non-public session: After discussion, Motion by Patty Lovejoy, seconded by Linda Henderson and unanimously board voted (7-0) to accept the above compensation for EHS Principal Gary Heald regarding his resignation at the end of the 2004-2005 school year.
