7. Decision made in non-public session: Discussion of a two year rental agreement for the Seacoast Charter School. Motion by Sally Oxnard, seconded by Patty Lovejoy and voted 7-2 to allow the Seacoast Charter School to enter into a two year agreement with the ERCSD to pay $800/month rent. Motion passed.

8. Decision made in non-public session: The superintendent asked the board what the expectations is regarding Squamscott Community Commons paying rent next year. The board indicated that they expected SCC to pay rent, with an amount to be determined at a later date. No decision made.
