Exeter Region Cooperative School Board Meeting MINUTES

Wednesday, May 24, 2006 – 6:30 PM

PRESENT:      Patty Lovejoy, Robin Scott, Kim Casey, Lucy Cushman, Townley Chisholm, Greg

                        Kann, Ray Trueman and Kris Magnusson

 

ABSENT:        Sally Oxnard

 

ADMINISTRATION:  Arthur L. Hanson

 

 

1.      CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Chair Kann called the meeting to order at
 6:30 PM.

 

2.   MAKE-UP DAYS FOR  ERCSD STAFF: After discussion, on a motion by Lucy Cushman, seconded by Patty Lovejoy and unanimously voted with no further discussion to have the ERCSD staff attend school on Tuesday, June 20^th and Wednesday, June 21^st to make up for the days missed on Monday, May 15^th and Tuesday, May 16^th.   

           

3.      ADJOURNMENT: Motion by Kris Magnusson, seconded by Patty Lovejoy and unanimously board voted to adjourn at 6:40 PM.
