4. Brief description of subject matter discussed: Board discussed security at new high school.
5. Decision made in non-public session: On a motion by Patty Lovejoy, seconded by Sally Oxnard and unanimously voted to allow Walter Pierce, Richard Wendell and Arthur Hanson to hire a security company with latitude as to when the company will provide their services.
