MEMBERS PRESENT: Lucy Cushman, Kim Casey and Sally Oxnard

 

ADMINISTRATION PRESENT:      Arthur Hanson, Walter Pierce, Dick Wendell and Victor Sokul

 

OTHER BOARD MEMBERS:          Patty Lovejoy, Robin Scott and Greg Kann

 

GUESTS:               Carol Aten and Chris Davies (Squamscott Community Commons)

 

 

General discussion on how to proceed with implementation of Warrant Article #7.  Discussed whether we should have a separate subcommittee to deal with issue.  Mike Dawley has offered to assist the board in insuring a fair appraisal for the property.  Agreed to continue with appraiser we used before noting we need, however, to agree on the scope of the appraisal.

 

Subcommittee agreed to meet on March 30^th at 7:00 AM for a special ERCSD Facilities Committee meeting at the SAU office with the appraiser to discuss the matter.
