Committee members present: Kris Magnusson, Chair; Robin Scott, Greg Kann, Ray Trueman       

 

Other Board members present: Patty Lovejoy

 

Administration present:  Dr. Skip Hanson

 

 

 A motion at 7:57 PM to enter into a Non-Public session was made by Greg Kann and seconded by Ray Trueman under RSA 91-A;3 II. (a).

 

A roll call vote was unanimously taken to enter into the session by G. Kann, R. Trueman, R. Scott, K. Magnusson, P. Lovejoy.

 

Two employee matters were discussed.

 

A motion was made at 8:06 PM to end the Non-Public session by Robin Scott and seconded by Greg Kann. 

 

A roll call vote was unanimously taken to end the Non-Public session by G. Kann, R. Trueman, R. Scott, K. Magnusson, P. Lovejoy.
