ERCSD Facilities Committee Meeting

Squamscott Community Commons:  Steve Leonard

 

 

Meeting began at 4:30 PM

 

Purpose of meeting was to give the school board an update on the progress of the

Squamscott Community Commons (SCC) and the Exeter Region Cooperative School District (ERCSD) negotiation on the Annex property at 56 Linden Street.  Terms of the pending sale of the land and buildings on Linden Street to SCC were discussed.  SCC submitted a draft of their proposed site plan and warranty deed language, including easements and the two areas being “shared” – access driveway and parking lot.  Recommendations from subcommittee members to the ERCSD board would be that “sharing of the lower parking lot” is to occur only after 2:30 PM on week days and SCC may use the lower parking lot at “anytime on weekends”.  No decisions made in meeting.
