SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING

                        J. Eaves, Principal

                        J. Frew, Assist. Superintendent

1.         CALL TO ORDER

            Meeting called to order at 8:00 AM by S. Penna

 

2.         Non-Public Session

            None was called

 

3.         Flood Make-Up Days

Discussion took place regarding various options surrounding flood make-up days.  After each member and administrator had an opportunity to speak, acknowledging these extenuating circumstances, the following action took place:

Motion by D. Miller, seconded by R. Poelaert, to allow teachers to make up the two days at their discretion prior to the beginning of the next school year.

 

Support staff are encouraged to communicate with the teachers who they work with and work with them if possible.

 

A logbook will be kept in the main office and staff members are asked to sign in when performing this work.

Motion by D. Miller, seconded by R. Poeleart to adjourn at 8:14 AM.  All in favor. Motion carried.
