Budget Committee:  Barbara Eastman, Ray Buxton, Jody Linnehan

 

Topics discussed:

·         Reviewed the budget process

·         Reviewed the proposed budget for discretionary items (supplies, equipment, etc.)

·         Reviewed process for determining salary increases

·         Reviewed discretionary versus contracted/mandated budget items

·         Reviewed the need to plan for 1 half-day session of Kindergarten for the 04-05 school year budget due to low enrollment.

·         Ms. Trueman asked that the board and budget committee be ready to ask questions on each budget line at the December meeting.

·         Adjourned at 9:15.
