Administration:  Dennis Dobe, Steve Kossakoski

Budget Committee:  Barbara Eastman, Ray Buxton, Jody Linnehan

Topics discussed:

·         Dr. Kossakoski distributed information on: SAU 16 budget, NES budget percentages, teacher salary detail, default budget calculation, and potential budget reductions.

·         Dr. Kossakoski and Mr. Dobe discussed the impact of the proposed budget reductions. The budget reductions totaled $25,000.

·         Mr. Dobe reviewed the supply accounts and presented a detailed accounting of the items included in each account.

·         Mr. Grant updated the budget committee on the Cooperative’s offer to include NES in their building maintenance program. 

·         The proposed budget for 2004-2005 will increase 4.97% over 2003-2004.

·         All members of the budget committee agreed to support the proposed budget.
