1. Call to Order – The meeting was called to order at 11:02 a.m.

 

2. Non-public Session – none

 

3. Business and Financial –

3.1     Approval of the Budget

Motion to Approve  the budget and all Warrant articles as presented by Mark Bouzianis.  Seconded by Jan Trueman.  All in favor.

6.1         Deliberative Session, February 8, 2005, 7:00 p.m. at NES in the Multipurpose room

6.2         Board Meeting:  February 14, 2005, 5:30 p.m. at NES

 

7.  Adjournment- The meeting was adjourned at 11:08 a.m.  Mark Bouzianis motioned to adjourn first, Jan Trueman second.  All in favor.
