School Board: Jan Trueman, Mark Bouzianis, Carolyn Bellisio

Administration: Arthur Hanson, Steve Kossakoski

1 Call to order: Ms. Trueman called the meeting to order at 8:13 AM

2 Personnel

2.1 Annual evaluation of the Superintendent of Schools – Non-Public Session

Mr. Bouzianis made a motion to enter into non-public session under Chapter 91A:3II, c, at 8:14 AM. Seconded by Ms. Bellisio  Role call vote:  All in favor.

Present:

Board Members: Jan Trueman, Mark Bouzianis, Carolyn Bellisio

              Administration: Arthur Hanson, Steve Kossakoski

              Topic:  Annual evaluation of the Superintendent.

Motion to leave non-public session made by Ms. Bellisio. Seconded by Mr. Bouzianis.  Role call

vote: All in favor.

The Board returned to public session at 9:32 AM.

3 Mr. Bouzinis made a motion to adjourn at 9:33 AM. Seconded by Ms. Bellisio. All members voted in favor of the motion.
