Stratham School Board Budget Workshop Minutes

Members Present: John Hazekamp, Mark Poirier, Anne Sloan

Administration: Tom Fosher, Principal, Ray Raudonis, Interim Assistant Superintendent, Nathan Lunney, Assistant Business Administrator

 

1. Mr. Hazekamp called the meeting to order at 5:18 PM.
2. Principal Fosher explained the materials that board members would find including budget dates and potential enrollments including kindergarten projections.  His review of the proposed budget included the Food Service Department, building and grounds and the operating budget for 2005-2006,  Board members asked several questions as Mr. Fosher highlighted areas of increase and decrease, discussed possible staff increases and building utilization factors.
   
   Mr. Fosher indicated additional information that he would provide as his research becomes more complete.
   
   The Budget workshop concluded at 6:15 PM.
