Administration: Meg Driscoll, Co-Director of Special Services, Nathan Lunney

Financial Advisory Committee: Sue Canada, Sue Hunter, Allison Scamman

1. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm.

2. NON-PUBLIC SESSION: none

3. The Board answered questions submitted by the Financial Advisory Committee.

4. ADJOURNMENT: Ms. Sloan made a motion to adjourn at 8:15 pm. Seconded by Mr. Poirier. All members in favor.
