4. Brief description of subject matter discussed: Bob asked Tom to update the board on anticipated non-renewal and hiring moves for next year and he did so. Bob asked that any board members who have received correspondence concerning an employee matter please refrain from any conversation on that matter and permit administrative procedures to proceed appropriately. There were no actions taken, no decisions made.
