4. Brief description of subject matter discussed:
(c) The school board discussed a special education matter. Superintendent Hanson was present and shared insight and information. No actions were taken. No decisions were made.
(d) The school board discussed an opportunity that has been presented to the board to acquire a parcel of land. On a motion by J. Hazekamp, seconded by L. Breton, the board voted unanimously (4-0) to move forward with necessary actions to place an article on the warrant for the annual district meeting to approve the acceptance of a donation of land to the school district.
