(a) The school board discussed a personnel matter. On a motion by Luke Breton, seconded by John Hazekamp, the board voted unanimously to accept the resignation of Mary Jo Spencer.
(c) Nathan Lunney updated the school board on a legal matter previously discussed. No action was taken; no decisions made.
