(c) The school board entered non-public session to offer comments in evaluation of Nathan Lunney, acting assistant superintendent for Stratham. Shortly after commencing the conversation, the board agreed, given the late hour, to postpone the evaluation to the next meeting. No action was taken; no decisions made.
