(b) The school board entered non-public session to consider the nomination and proposed work agreement for Becky Ruel as SMS Assistant Principal. The proposal provides for a 195 day work year at a salary of $75,000 plus benefits. On a motion by J. Dubela, seconded by K. McDonnell, the board voted unanimously to accept the nomination and authorize the work agreement as presented.
(a) The school board reviewed the progress of preparation for upcoming negotiations of the teachers’ collective bargaining agreement. No action was taken. No decisions made.
