The SAU 16 Joint Loss Management Committee (JLMC) is represented by employees and administrators of each school in the SAU and is charged with coming together in a non-adversarial, cooperative effort to promote safety and health in each workplace. The JLMC assists the employer and makes recommendations for change. The JLMC has the potential to significantly improve workplace safety and productivity, enhance employee relations, morale and health, and provide significant financial savings in Worker’s Compensation.
